With vaccines appearing to be effective in practise, we are planning an anthology weekend of outdoor LARP events with our usual Lasertag system as the primary combat mechanism (it comes with free social distancing).
You can discuss this event on Facebook.

If we have to cancel the event we’ll provide full refunds.
Booking is now open. Please use our booking form
Camping space is available on site. There are also local hotels. We are hoping that COVID restrictions won’t cause undue problems for people who want to leave the site to go to a hotel and return.
Parking is available on-site.
There is a railway station (Berkswell) a mile and a half away and friendly fellow LARPers who are happy to offer lifts. That hasn’t stopped some people from walking though!
At previous events the site has provided catering at a bargain price. We hope they will do so again and will confirm when we know more. This does depend on what rules are imposed by the government at the time.
We will be monitoring the advice from the government and the wider LARP community and will determine appropriate measures closer to the event.
We may have to provide lateral flow tests which may cause a price increase.
If anyone has concerns about the measures we announce then please approach us promptly and we’ll be happy to discuss them and/or provide a refund.
We are currently without event insurance (as is most of the LARP community) as the umbrella organisation through whom we get it couldn’t provide it during COVID. We expect we’ll be covered by the time September rolls around, but if we aren’t then we will not be able to run the event and will provide full refunds.
